Jacksonian History
The Jacksonian building was once used as part of The JFG Coffee Company’s manufacturing plant. JFG originated as a wholesale company in 1882, selling coffee to grocery stores. Coffee beans traveled through a large pipe crossing high over Jackson Avenue to the Jacksonian building. Downtown residents would wake up to the uplifting aroma of JFG Coffee. |
